Müssenbürger

Müssenbürger is an artist collective based in Reno, NV made up of Kim Musser and Peter Whittenberger. Müssenbürger is interested in exploring public interactions involved with social norms and stigmas. Introducing strategies of creative intervention and participatory escapism into the public sphere, Müssenbürger's work challenges preexisting conditions that were created by power structures with interests other than our own.

Slapleather!


On July 10 Müssenbürger is hosting a single-elimination, quick-draw, Nerf gun tournament. It will take place at high noon on the grounds of the Saint Mary's Art Center in Virgina City. Anyone that wishes to join will be able to sign up at mussenburger@gmail.com. More details coming soon!!
